Things have been...crazy. Ollie's apartment burned down. Burned down on VALENTINE'S DAY. I thought it was a joke when I saw it. I just couldn't believe it.
I've been trying to help out where I can, lending my washer and dryer, looking for new apartment listings, helping with Hailey if needed, anything any of them needs really. They've been living in a hotel and Stacey...she's been here. Which probably makes things a bit easier.
Is it HORRIBLE that I'm more than a little apprehensive about having my sister here? Especially with everything she's done. Posting people's PRIVATE conversations....
Needless to say, my phone has a lock. My door has a lock.

I love my sister, I do. I just still cannot believe that she was capable of such a thing. Especially to someone so nice. Melia didn't deserve any of that. And I hate to say it but I completely agree with Ollie that her story was bullshit. I don't want to think that but I don't think I have any other choice. I'm hoping whatever it was, for whatever reason that she did that, that she's done doing anything like that.

I am so looking forward to a day off and lots of good food! Actually I've got two days odd. So I have a four day weekend. I really love that.

According to a fisherman (though it wasn't confirmed by the coast guard) there is a 12 foot Great White Shark off the Jersey Shore. About 200 yards.
Just last week there was a group of Thresher Sharks, about 18 feet in length, off the coast of the Hamptons. So close they had to shut the beaches down.
I kind of wish I was able to spot a shark. Weird I know but they are fascinating!

SNOW! More snow! I have to say that while I do miss the sunshine and better weather of LA…I am kind of liking this snow! It makes everything so pretty. I was just watching the snow fall in the very early morning hours today and it was just…peaceful and pretty.
However, when it's cold…it's cold. My hands and feet are freezing! But I'm home from work now with a big cup of coffee, slippers and a blanket! Hopefully no one was stranded this time like they were during the last snow storm!
I think I'm going to rent a movie tonight, any suggestions?
